Group dynamics is a process occurring within a social group. The researcher used Johari Window as an innovative technique in teaching reading. It is used primarily in a group activity to reinforce the understanding of a reading text. It is the purpose of this strategy to clarify and present the general procedures of group dynamics and point out possibilities of group dynamics as an instrument for effective instruction in teaching reading.
