This workshop focuses on the significance of active learning strategies and their use in the ESL classroom. In order to achieve active learning, teachers can use different instructional strategies that are conducive to learning which are based on student learning outcomes. Active learning techniques must be carefully designed and integrated into the classroom to increase critical thinking and student participation.
